Biodiversity: Education

Biodiversity is a critical area of biology introduced at the earliest classes in progressive complexity though the university level.  From learning that the many kinds of animals and plants that live in the various places of the earth, through the complex symbiotic interrelationships across ecosystems this broad area of study is a foundational concept.  We provide information and lessons focused on one of the most biodiverse areas of our plant – the rainforest.
From uppermost canopy to river bottoms the rainforests of Costa Rica have greater biodiversity than any other land areas of the planet.
Come explore the myriad plants, insects, animals and fungi that inhabit our place.
